Refunds & Returns

Moonstone Cases does not offer cash refunds or traditional returns. However, we are happy to assist with replacements or store credit in eligible cases, as outlined below.

Exchanges & Replacements

We offer free replacements if there is an issue from our side.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong design or phone model
  • The case has a manufacturing defect
  • There is a fitting issue
  • The product arrived damaged

Replacement Conditions

  • You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • Requests without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted
  • We may ask you to return the defective or incorrect item before dispatching a replacement

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Store Credit

If you are not fully satisfied but the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, we offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store Credit Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on Moonstone Cases

Not Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • You did not like the design
  • You ordered the wrong phone model
  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
