At Moonstone Cases, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Refunds & Returns
We currently do not offer direct refunds or traditional returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we do provide replacements or store credits in genuine cases where:

Wrong product is received

Wrong model is delivered

Product has manufacturing defects

Fitting issues are found

Product is damaged during delivery
Replacement Conditions
To request a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

A proper unboxing video is mandatory

The product must be unused and in original condition
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or return requests will not be accepted if:

You ordered the wrong model

You do not like the design after delivery

Minor color differences due to screen lighting

Damage caused after usage
Store Credits
In selected cases, we may offer store credit which can be used for future purchases on our website.
